Protecting Water.
Protecting Local Communities.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, we’ve built our reputation on understanding both the public and private sides of infrastructure and utility services. Our founder, Zach, entered the field at just 21 years old and went on to manage one of the largest municipal water and wastewater utility systems in the region. That hands-on leadership continues to shape how we operate today.

We are not just contractors — we’re partners in the communities we serve. Unlike companies that fly in crews from a single hub, we believe in building local. When we launched operations in Lake Charles, we didn’t lease — we bought property and hired local talent. That’s our model moving forward.

Our growth is intentional. We focus on areas where our services can make the biggest impact, guided by demographics like population growth, median income, and community needs. As we expand into Texas, our goal is to open offices that are within a few hours of the clients we serve — like in Arlington — allowing us to stay close, responsive, and committed.

Our foundation is deeply rooted in engineering services and operational management. Whether it’s designing, maintaining, or improving critical infrastructure, that technical expertise is woven into everything we do.
